We are sure you will agree that before making your first move, you need to figure out where you are, where you want to go, plan out on how you want to go, and be aware of the exact path and the landmarks to get there, before you embark on your journey. You would definitely not want to start out with hope, but end up either lost or confused.

Obviously, the initial steps have to be taken with purpose and due diligence, and not in a hurry or on impulse. After all, it is believed that the first 18-22 years of our life is like a free trial, and after that, it is going to be ‘Pay to Play’.

While the enthusiasm to get going is understandable, we recommend the youngsters to answer for themselves the following questions, before embarking on either of their aspirations. Needless to say, we can be of help to you in getting right answers for all the questions.

Through our Program, SPRING BOARD, we ensure that your Road Map provides you with right answers to every question that you may face, in your quest to get a good job. The Program has an interesting mix of theoretical classes, and practical learning.

What are the benefits of the program?

The In-built Internship Learning, has a duration of 90-100 days. We welcome Job Seekers to look at Internship as a great way to ‘experience’ employment, before they embark on their corporate career. Besides, a meaningful internship has following advantages to the young graduate –

  • It provides opportunities to apply the Skills they have learnt.
  • It helps them to understand the Fundamentals of a corporate life.
  • It helps them to appreciate the importance of delivering 120% of one’s capabilities.

  • It helps them to interact with their interviewer, at a practical level.
  • In all probability, they would have found their dream employer, during internship.
  • They will appreciate that the learning out of a job is more important than the job itself.

We are in the business of helping young college students ‘experience’ internships, as a foundation for a long successful corporate journey.

We strongly recommend the Students to opt for either a 3 month internship program or for internship of 4 month’s duration. It is our guarantee that the young graduate will come out of the Internship Program, wiser than probably at any time before!
